The tire flaps is circular in shape, with a thick middle and thin edges, and is installed between the inner tube and the wheel rim to prevent direct contact and wear between the inner tube and the wheel rim. The centerline of its outer surface is used for installation alignment, and the holes on the centerline are used for the inner tire air valve to pass through. Some tire flaps come with iron plates, while others do not. The iron sheet on the cushion belt can serve to fix the position of the flaps and inner tube.
Natural Tire Tube Flap 16/70-20, weight is only 3.8 kgs, making it easy to operate and install, while its width of 345 millimeters ensures that it fits tightly inside the tire. It has different tensile strengths available in 8mpa, 10mpa, and 12mpa, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs.

Raw Material
The main material of INKLIDA flaps is generally natural rubber, which should have good elasticity, wear resistance, and aging resistance. The additives such as carbon black, zinc oxide, etc. should be accurately selected and proportioned according to the product performance requirements to ensure the processing performance of the rubber material and the final product quality.
Natural rubber is approximately 15%, carbon black is 5%, natural recycled rubber is 70%, and other components are 10%. Capable of withstanding high temperatures of 70-120 degrees Celsius
technical requirement
Appearance quality: No appearance defects that affect the service life are allowed, and other appearance quality requirements should comply with the provisions of HG/T 2177.
Physical properties: Tensile strength ≥ 7.0MPa, elongation at break ≥ 350%, permanent deformation at break ≤ 40%, hardness (Shore A type) between 55 and 75 degrees.
Main dimensions of finished products: The flat width, middle thickness, and edge thickness of tire pads of different specifications are clearly defined. For heavy-duty truck tire pads with specifications of 8.25-15, the flattened width is ≥ 175 millimeters, the middle thickness is ≥ 4.0 millimeters, and the edge thickness is ≤ 1.5 millimeters.
