The Hand Cart Inner Tube with a circular structure that is wear-resistant and tear resistant is mostly made of butyl inner tubes with a rubber content of less than 45%. The interface is tightly sealed, and the tensile force at the interface can reach ≥ 4.5Mpa. There is no air leakage after installation. Suitable for harsh environments such as mud and paddy fields, when working in complex terrains such as embankments, the tire body has stronger toughness and is not easily pierced by stones.
High Quality Valve
The INKLIDA valve is made of high-quality brass and high-strength rubber, with valve adhesion ≥ 4.5KN/m (GB requirements ≥ 3.5KN/m). Efficiently avoiding the problem of nozzle detachment during the use of inner tubes. The valve is equipped with a sealing gasket inside to prevent gas leakage and maintain stable tire pressure. The surface of the metal valve has undergone rust prevention treatment, making it suitable for agricultural work environments such as humidity and mud.
Inflatable suggestion of Hand Cart Inner Tube
The agricultural inner tube model 16.9-30 (used in conjunction with the outer tire) is a tire component designed specifically for agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters. For some customers who are using these inner tubes for the first time, we have some suggestions for them to refer to.
Initial inflation
Use a pressure gauge to check the initial air pressure and ensure there is no air leakage.
Standard air pressure range: The standard inflation pressure for agricultural tires is usually around 420 kPa, but it needs to be adjusted according to the tire side markings. For example, some 16.9-30 tires can reach a maximum tire pressure of 350 MPa (specific product parameters need to be confirmed).
Seasonal adjustment
Winter: The temperature is low, and the gas inside the tires shrinks. It is recommended to increase the inflation pressure appropriately (such as 5% -10% higher than the standard).
Summer: The temperature is high and the gas inside the tires expands. It is recommended to lower the inflation pressure appropriately (such as 5% -10% lower than the standard) to avoid tire blowouts.
Security Recommendations
It is recommended to slightly lower the inflation pressure by 2% -3% of the standard pressure to reserve a safety margin.
Regularly use a pressure gauge to check the air pressure, ensuring that the error is less than 0.02 megapascals.
