Inner tubes are a mix of natural and synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is more pliable and offers better resistance to punctures. According to different usage, 18 inch motorcycle inner tube are available in a variety of thicknesses to provide the appropriate amount of protection against flats. A normal inner tube is approximately 1.5mm to 1.75mm thick. A heavy-duty tube is around 2mm to 3mm thick. And a super-heavy-duty tube is 3.5mm to 5mm thick

In order to strictly control the quality, and be responsible for every customer who support us, we take three steps to control the quality:

1. Before mass production, there will be a test production

2. In production, there are 3 times of inspections to check the tubes, we will take tubes to our laboratory, to check the surface, strength, elongation, valve, width, weight these specifications.

3. After completed production, each inner tube will be inflated and stored in warehouse for 24 hours to check if it is leakage 

In order to meet the customized need of different customers, we provide different package, we offer different packaging solutions and combinations to meet customer requirements.

We have our own design team, we can design everything about the packages and Logo according to customer's requirements, or if you already have mature design, you can send us directly.

In order to maximize customer benefits and brand awareness, we provide two kinds of package solutions for customers. The former is colorful bag+ woven bag, suitable for sea transportation, reducing transportation cost, the another is paper box+ carton, suitable for supermarket, accessory store.
