Producing Process
Raw material selection
The main material is generally natural rubber,which is required to have good elasticity, wear resistance and aging resistance.
Mixing process
Accurately weigh various raw materials according to the formula and plasticize the raw rubber in an open mixer or internal mixer.
Molding process
Use a forming machine to shape the cushion strip blank according to the specified specifications and shapes, such as ring winding, butt joint, etc., to ensure that the overall structure of the cushion strip meets the design requirements.
vulcanization process
Place the formed cushion tape into the vulcanizer for vulcanization. Generally, the vulcanization temperature is between 140-180℃ and the pressure is about 1-3MPa. The vulcanization time depends on the thickness and formula of the cushion tape, usually 10-60 minutes.
