The INKLIDA new Tire Inner Tube 12r20 Flap is designed with regularly arranged, parallel dot matrix shaped raised stripes on the inner surface of the cushion belt in contact with the tire bead (i.e. the side facing the tire). Made of high-quality rubber with high strength and elasticity, it is integrally formed through compression molding and vulcanization process.
Has the following advantages:
1. The curtain fabric and cushion belt are vulcanized synchronously, without the need for secondary processing, simplifying the process and reducing costs
2. The curtain fabric precisely adheres to the shoulder of the cushion belt (with an error of<4mm), and its tear resistance exceeds 35kN/m (traditional cushion belts only have 25-35kN/m)
3. Rubber material is firmly combined with the curtain fabric and cannot be peeled off. The thickness can be customized (6-12mm) to meet the needs of heavy loads up to 100 tons
4. Rubber strip mouth design+vulcanization dynamic exhaust, solving the problem of fabric positioning under 20 times extension of rubber material

Enhance slip resistance
The effective static friction coefficient of the wavy stripe like protrusions can be stabilized at a level of 1.0 or higher, firmly locking the tire bead like a "anti-skid nail", effectively preventing relative displacement and ensuring driving safety.
Optimize stress distribution
The raised stripes can evenly distribute the pressure applied by the tire bead to the entire tire flaps and wheel rim, avoiding excessive wear or deformation of the pad caused by stress concentration.
Auxiliary exhaust
During tire installation, the air between the tire and the wheel rim needs to be expelled. The grooves between the stripes can form tiny exhaust channels, which help air to be expelled faster and enable the tire to be better positioned and installed on the wheel rim.
Reduce contact area and heat generation
Compared to completely smooth full contact, stripe design reduces the actual contact area, which helps to reduce the heat generated by friction, especially during long-distance high-speed driving, and is beneficial for maintaining the performance of the flaps and tire.

Products Package
When packaging, Tire Inner Tube 12r20 Flap will first be rolled into a tight circle (like a large lifebuoy). Then use high-strength plastic strapping (PP or PET material) or nylon rope to tie and secure at least two points (usually evenly divided into three or four points) to ensure that it does not bounce apart.
