Production Process

 

 

INKLIDA Inner tube production is a precise, rigorous process where each step is vital to quality.​

Raw Material Preparation: The main raw material is butyl rubber, prized for its excellent airtightness. It is supplemented with carbon black, light calcium, vulcanizing agent, and antioxidant. All materials undergo strict inspection.​

Mixing: The key is achieving a uniform blend. The internal mixer uses mechanical force and optimal temperature to thoroughly mix ingredients into a stable rubber compound. Temperature, time, and addition order are critical.​

Molding: After passing tests, the rubber compound is extruded into a barrel, cooled with circulating water on an integrated line, fitted with valves (which are glued in place), then cut to length per specifications.​

Vulcanization: The barrel is joined in a splicing machine, inflated into a mold for shaping, then moved to a vulcanizer mold. High temperatures alter the rubber's molecular structure, ensuring the innertube has stable shape, elasticity, and durability.​

Quality Inspection and Packaging: Post-vulcanization, innertubes undergo 24-hour inflation checks for leaks, proper dimensions, and appearance. Qualified ones are packed into inner bags, then boxed by specification, finishing production and ready for shipment.​
