Core Functions of Inner Tubes
The primary role of an inner tube is to maintain air pressure inside the tire, which directly supports the vehicle's load and ensures stable driving. Its specific functions include:
Air Retention: Acting as an airtight container to prevent compressed air from leaking through the tire's carcass (especially for non-tubeless tires).
Shock Absorption: Working with the inflated air to buffer vibrations from rough roads, improving ride comfort.
Load Support: The air pressure inside the tube distributes the vehicle's weight evenly across the tire, avoiding excessive stress on local tire parts.our factory appearance
Producing process of inner tube
There are mainly eight parts of producing the tire inner tube.

The producing process of inner tube:
1.Rubber mixing:Mix rubber and other raw materials in proportion to make rubber.
2.Rubber filting:Rubber refining and filtration of molded rubber.
3.Extruding&setting valves:Form the rubber into a certain shape, and setting valves.
4.Cutting off:Cut rubber tubes to size.
5.Ending joint:Combine the cut rubber into a circle.
6.Vulcanization:Place in a mold of appropriate specifications and heat to form an inner tube.
7.Testing:Determine qualified and unqualified products through inspection.
Packing
Packing is the last part for producing process of inner tube.

It is worth noting that in order to ensure the quality of each inner tube, there is a very important part for producing process of inner tube, each inner tube will undergo a 24-hour inflation test before leaving the factory to ensure the air tightness of the inner tube and provide customers with safe and reliable products.
