Production Process

Rubber Mixing
We combine the rubber with key additives like carbon black and others for strength and anti-aging agents. This precise formula ensures consistent durability, flexibility, and superior heat resistance in every batch we produce.

Banbury Mixing
The mixture is fed into a Banbury mixer. Here, it undergoes intense mechanical shearing and heat treatment. This process thoroughly homogenizes the compounds, creating a uniform rubber base with the exact properties required for heavy-duty use.

Extruding
The homogenous rubber is then forced through an extruder machine. This forms a continuous, hollow tube profile with a precise, consistent wall thickness (e.g., 2mm). The diameter is meticulously controlled to match the specific tire size.

Ending Joint Valve Set
A critical step where the metal valve stem is securely fitted into the pre-cut hole on the tube. It is locked in place with a rubber patch and base. This assembly is then vulcanized to create a perfect, airtight, and permanent seal.

Splcing
The continuous tube is cut to the required precise length. The two ends are then expertly skived and spliced together using a specialized technique. This creates a smooth, seamless, and strong joint that is as durable as the tube itself.

Vulcanization
The spliced tubes are placed into heated molds under high pressure. This curing process transforms the soft, pliable rubber into a tough, elastic final product. It sets the shape and gives the tube its exceptional wear and tear resistance.

Quality Control
Every single tube is 100% inspected. We conduct air pressure tests to check for leaks and perform visual checks for imperfections. This rigorous QC guarantees that only flawless products that meet our high standards proceed to packaging.

Inner Package
Each approved tube is individually folded and wrapped in a protective plastic bag. This primary layer prevents the tube from sticking to itself and shields it from dust, moisture, and UV light during storage and transit.

Outer Package
Finally, the individually bagged tubes are boxed in sturdy, reinforced cartons. Clear labeling with the size, quantity, and product specifications ensures easy identification for warehouse management and our B2B clients.
